The commercial tire Petlas NZ305 is installed on the trailer and semi-trailer axle. It is characterized by a long service life, excellent handling, including on snowy roads.
The five-rib tread pattern, which has a pronounced segmentation into blocks, provides several operating properties at once. Firstly, the evenness of wear due to the distribution of pressure over the entire contact area. Secondly, the reduction of the braking distance, due to the numerous gripping edges formed by the blocks. Thirdly, the efficiency of the drainage network, which is able to divert significant masses of water and snow from the contact area.
To give the tire resistance to deformation, a steel frame was used in it. This factor significantly increases the strength characteristics and extends the life of the tire.
