Lanvigator DL011 — a purpose-built model for operating at the limit of loads. The tire is designed for the steering axle of heavy commercial vehicles used for long-distance transportation. Every detail of it is subordinated to one goal: maximum realization of traction and resource in heavy road conditions.

Tread Architecture

The basis is a medium-block symmetrical pattern. It provides an even distribution of load. Each block has special notches that form additional gripping edges. The effect is an increase in the coefficient of friction by 15% compared to analogs.

Handling

Rigid longitudinal ribs formed by block rows give the driver predictable feedback. Even under full load, the tire does not deform, and when exiting onto a solid highway, it maintains directional stability. This is achieved due to the optimization of the width of the bridges between the blocks - they work like dampers, preventing the twisting of tread elements.

Rubber Compound and Protective Resource

The tread height has been increased relative to average tires for mixed operation. The compound has been developed using modern technology. Highly elastic rubber with optimized silica content is resistant to cuts and chips.
