The commercial tire Landspider Longtraxx HT700 is installed on trailer axles. It is designed for long and intense operation on high-speed highways and regional roads. It is characterized by increased resistance to significant weight loads, fuel efficiency, high mileage, and stable traction properties when towing.
The tread pattern has a closed design consisting of wide solid ribs. Rigid massive elements provide excellent directional stability when towing at high speeds, as well as uniform weight distribution across the contact patch with the road surface. This significantly reduces the rate of tread wear, increasing the tire's mileage. The zigzag-shaped lugs contribute to this in no small measure, providing additional resistance to uneven wear of the tire's tread. The similar shape of the longitudinal grooves reduces the risk of aquaplaning, and also prevents stones from getting stuck in the tread, thereby minimizing the risk of mechanical damage to it.
