Commercial tire Kirov KI-115AM is designed specifically for trucks GAZ-66 and ZIL-157, suitable for other special equipment, operated mainly outside of paved roads. Can be installed on any axle. Distinguished by good traction properties on wet soils, resistance to damage, high passability.
The tread pattern consists of separate blocks. Elements are distributed in groups, which creates long V-shaped edges in the contact patch. This design provides excellent traction on soil, while reducing rolling resistance and wear. Composite "off-road grips" and their "chess" arrangement reduce noise, wear, rolling resistance and heat generation when driving on smooth paved surfaces. Significant voids between blocks allow the tread to intensely self-clean, maintaining high passability on viscous earth and clay soils.
