The Chinese summer tire Headway HD636 is specially designed for trucks operating in harsh conditions. It has proven itself well on construction sites, providing confident handling and having a minimal number of damages and punctures. The latest technological solutions used in the production of this model helped to achieve such excellent performance.
Unique tread pattern
The tread pattern consists of blocks of different shapes, which made it possible to achieve excellent driving characteristics. The central row of zigzag blocks provides increased directional stability and quick feedback. Four deep channels quickly remove dirt and water from the contact area, preventing possible aquaplaning.
Special channels between the blocks increase self-cleaning and handling on any terrain. The new lamella system of the Headway HD636 has increased traction with a wet road surface.
Sharp stone holders in the side zone increase traction during maneuvers, preventing possible wheel slippage. For additional protection against possible side damage, there are special rubber rings on the side of the tread. Even when driving on viscous soil, the tire has increased passability and excellent handling.
Impact-resistant carcass
A special reinforced cord was used in the manufacture of the carcass, which made it possible to achieve increased impact resistance. Therefore, even under maximum loads, the tire has a minimal percentage of damage and punctures. The optimal distribution of pressure inside the tread contributed to an increase in the life of the tire and the prevention of uneven wear.
