The summer tire Headway HD620 is specially designed for trucks that operate in any conditions. When creating it, special attention was paid to passability and reliability. For this, a new tread pattern and a carcass with increased strength were used. The use of the latest materials and technological solutions made it possible to obtain an excellent tire that meets all world standards in terms of environmental friendliness and quality.

Reinforced carcass

Any truck tire is constantly exposed to increased loads, which are the cause of cracks and damage. To prevent these negative consequences, a reinforced carcass is used in this model. It is made using a new technology and consists of several layers of strong cord and steel rings. Also, the new carcass made it possible to achieve an even distribution of pressure inside the tread, which prevented uneven wear and increased the mileage of the tire.

Massive tread pattern

When developing the tread design of the Headway HD620, a lot of time was spent, and the result justified all expectations. Three rows of continuous blocks in the central part of the tread increase the contact patch, improving stability and handling. Four zigzag-shaped massive channels quickly remove water and dirt from the contact zone, minimizing the possibility of aquaplaning. Special recesses in the shoulder area increase traction when cornering. To protect against lateral damage and punctures, there are special rings in the shoulder area. A large number of cuts and small channels reduce noise when driving.

New rubber compound

The use of a new rubber compound made it possible to achieve excellent traction characteristics. It also increased the mileage of the tire due to the increased wear-resistant properties of the rubber. In combination with the optimal arrangement of tread blocks, the rubber compound reduced the rolling resistance, improving the economy of driving.
