The commercial tire Dunlop SP820 is designed for use in regional transportation. It is recommended for installation on the drive axle of trucks and special equipment. It is distinguished by improved traction and coupling properties on wet and snowy surfaces, increased mileage.
The tread pattern is distinguished by a hexagonal shape of blocks in the central part. Such elements not only form an increased number of coupling edges, but also significantly increase the resistance of the tire's tread to abrasive wear. All blocks have "three-dimensional" Miura lamellas, which also increase wear resistance and provide the contact patch with additional coupling facets. It is worth noting the optimized sidewall profile. With its help, the directional stability at high speed is increased, and the risk of uneven tread wear is reduced.
Key features of Dunlop SP820
- "three-dimensional" lamellas improve traction and braking properties on wet and snowy surfaces, prevent rapid tread wear;
- hexagonal blocks improve coupling, slow down the tread wear process;
- a flat sidewall profile increases directional stability at high speed, increases tire mileage, increasing its wear resistance.
