The Deestone D314 cargo tire is one of the novelties of the still little-known Thai manufacturer in our country. This time it is designed for wheel excavators, as well as other special equipment created on their basis. In addition, this model is distinguished by excellent reliability and passability on unstable soils.
V-shaped tread pattern
Unlike most tire products designed for use in various industries, this model is equipped with a tread pattern with an original V-shaped symmetrical directional design. This is due to the specific conditions of use of wheel excavators, which for most of their operation have to work on unstable loose types of coverage (sand and earth).
The tread pattern of this tire contains exclusively transverse blocks, arranged in a checkerboard pattern relative to each other. Each of them starts in the shoulder areas and ends in the central part of the tread, forming a kind of longitudinal rib. Such a design of the tread pattern center allows to significantly reduce the rolling resistance.
Excellent cross-country performance
Unlike the central part of the tread, the distance between the tread blocks in the shoulder areas is significantly larger. At the same time, it is impossible not to notice the rectangular shape and arrangement of these elements, which during movement form very long transverse edges of adhesion. Such a design of the shoulder areas allows the tire to feel very confident on any sandy or earthy surface.
