The Deestone D314 cargo tire is one of the novelties of the still little-known Thai manufacturer in our country. This time it is designed for wheel excavators, as well as other special equipment created on their basis. In addition, this model is distinguished by excellent reliability and passability on unstable soils.
V-shaped tread pattern
Unlike most tire products designed for use in various industries, this model is equipped with a tread pattern with an original V-shaped symmetrical directional design. This is due to the specific conditions of use of wheel excavators, which for most of their operation have to work on unstable loose types of coverage (sand and earth).
The tread pattern of this tire contains exclusively transverse blocks, arranged in a checkerboard pattern relative to each other. Each of them starts in the shoulder areas and ends in the central part of the tread, forming a kind of longitudinal rib. Such a design of the tread pattern center allows to significantly reduce the rolling resistance.
Excellent cross-country performance
Unlike the central part of the tread, the distance between the tread blocks in the shoulder areas is significantly larger. At the same time, it is impossible not to notice the rectangular shape and arrangement of these elements, which during movement form very long transverse edges of adhesion. Such a design of the shoulder areas allows the tire to feel very confident on any sandy or earthy surface.
Main features of the Deestone D314 tire
- the tire was specially designed for wheel excavators;
- the original V-shaped symmetrical directional pattern provides excellent performance regardless of the characteristics of the surface and weather conditions;
- excellent traction and adhesion characteristics in the longitudinal direction are provided due to very long transverse edges of adhesion formed by numerous rectangular blocks;
- low rolling resistance is achieved due to the close arrangement of blocks in the central part;
- excellent reliability due to the rubber compound, the special components in the composition of which give the tread increased resistance to abrasive and uneven wear, punctures and cuts.
