The Deestone D302 cargo tire is distinguished by its universal scope of application, as it can be installed with equal success on both wheel excavators and front loaders with a side turn. Otherwise, this model is a typical industrial tire, designed to operate mainly on earth and sand surfaces. The tread pattern, which consists entirely of high and massive lugs, unmistakably hints at this.
Tread pattern for sand and mud
Since the Deestone D302 model was initially designed for operation on soft and loose soil surfaces, it is equipped with a symmetrical directional tread pattern with an original V-shaped design. It is formed by numerous blocks of complex polygonal shape, which converge in the central part of the tread, being arranged in a checkerboard pattern. At the same time, one cannot help but note the very large distance between these elements, thanks to which the tread perfectly resists the so-called "clogging" effect, quickly freeing itself from the soil particles that get stuck in it. This significantly improves the tire's passability on sand and mud.
Excellent traction properties
Also, one cannot help but note the shape and arrangement of the tread blocks. A significant part of the formed edges of adhesion is located transversely to the direction of movement. In combination with the significant height and large length of the blocks, this provides the tire with excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction, which is particularly important in light of the specifics of operating this model.
Main features of the Deestone D302 tire
- excellent applicability due to the possibility of installation on wheel excavators and front loaders with a side turn;
- the original V-shaped design of the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern demonstrates excellent performance on sandy and earthy types of coverage;
- reduced rolling resistance due to the small distance between the blocks in the central part of the tread;
- excellent self-cleaning properties of the tread due to the rounded shape of the bottom and large sizes of the drainage grooves in the shoulder areas;
- excellent traction properties on any surface are provided by a multitude of long transverse edges formed by massive blocks of complex polygonal shape.
