The Bridgestone Duravis R-Trailer commercial tire is installed on the trailer axle of large-capacity trucks. It is characterized by extremely low rolling resistance, increased mileage, and stability on dry and wet surfaces.

The tread of the tire is made from a rubber compound called Nano-pro Tech. The compound has a high content of "silica" and special polymers, which gives the tire increased traction on wet surfaces and low heat generation, resulting in reduced rolling resistance. A special mixing process of components further enhances the properties of the rubber compound. The tread pattern features hypertrophied shoulder ribs.
