The tread pattern features a carefully calculated ratio of the contact patch size to the pressure on the road surface, achieved through computer modeling. The tire's carcass is made from a NanoPro-Tech rubber compound, which contains a higher amount of silica. This increases the compound's grip on cold, wet surfaces and reduces its heat generation during prolonged high-speed driving.
