The commercial tire BFGoodrich Cross Control D2 is designed for dump trucks, concrete mixers, and other heavy-duty construction equipment. It is mounted on the drive axle and is designed for "mixed" operation, being effective on both asphalt roads and dirt surfaces.
The tread pattern features an open design with large blocks. The massiveness of the elements provides them with resistance to deformation, reducing the risk of mechanical damage. The long V-shaped edges formed by the blocks allow for effective traction even on loose, unstable surfaces. The large width of the drainage grooves provides the tread with the ability to intensively clean itself of small soil particles and stones.
