The Attar MIX 01 A commercial tire is designed for use on any axle of trucks operated in mixed conditions - on asphalt and dirt surfaces. The model is focused on regional transportation, differing in versatility of application, along with increased reliability and stability of handling characteristics with constant changes in road conditions.
Closed tread design
The tread pattern is made in a closed design, differing from "highway" commercial tires with a curved shape of longitudinal ribs and special notches in the tread at the edges. This solution provides the formation of additional multidirectional edges of adhesion in the contact patch, which maintains sufficient traction on loose and contaminated surfaces. In turn, the stiffness and massiveness of the longitudinal ribs on asphalt roads increase the directional stability and accuracy of steering, reducing uneven wear and rolling resistance.
Impact resistance
The carcass is designed to work under increased impact loads characteristic of regional transportation and operation on industrial sites. The multilayer structure provides resistance to deformation and shape stability of the tire when moving with a full load. Reinforced areas at the edges of the tread and on the sidewalls increase protection against mechanical damage caused by contact with stones, curb edges, and construction debris, which is especially important when operating off highways.
The rubber compound is selected with regard to the mixed mode of use. It is characterized by increased resistance to abrasive wear and overheating, cracks and chips, while maintaining stable operational properties during long trips and frequent stops.
