The basis is an enhanced multi-layer cord. High-strength steel wires are oriented at optimized angles, creating a rigid but elastic structure. This solves three key problems:
- uniform distribution of impact and contact loads across the entire contact patch, eliminating local deformations of the carcass;
- minimizing the growth of the contact patch under load, which directly reduces rolling resistance;
- increased resistance to punctures and cuts.
The shoulder area is a critically loaded node of the leading tire, experiencing maximum lateral deformations. The model features a special technology. Additional layers and a special profile of the rim ring increase the structural rigidity. The result: exceptional trajectory stability during acceleration and braking, increased protection of the sidewall from biting into deep ruts and tearing of the tread in turns. The tread pattern features wide central traction blocks, stabilized by multi-level zigzag lugs. Deep transverse channels with a variable pitch effectively drain water, mud, and loose snow, maintaining the cleanliness of the contact platform.
