The Advance GL268D commercial tire is installed on the driving axle of tractors and large-capacity trucks. A versatile model designed for use on both high-speed highways and regional roads, including in winter. The tread pattern is characterized by a large number of blocks. The polygonal shape of the elements increases the number of edges formed by them and provides them with multidirectionality. This solution allowed not only to increase traction but also to give it stability, especially on slippery winter surfaces. The distribution of blocks along the longitudinal rows and their "chess" arrangement increases the contact patch, which improves the stability of the coupling properties at high speed, reduces rolling resistance, and increases the wear resistance of the tread.
