XCITE X-Cross 7 appeared in the production lineup of the Russian brand in 2024, becoming its debut model. The car is a compact crossover, a localized version of the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro of 2020, which is produced at the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg.

Key differences

Perhaps the only external difference of the crossover from the original Chery model was the radiator grille, borrowed from the DR 6.0, also a version of the same car, but assembled in Italy for European markets. In terms of dimensions, the car is close to the Volkswagen Tiguan, with a length of 4500 mm and a trunk volume of 475 to 1500 liters. Technically, it is identical to the "original", offering a "pair" of a turbocharged gasoline "four" with a volume of 1.5 liters and a power of 147 hp, a variator and front-wheel drive.

At the start of sales, the car was available in two trim levels. The standard equipment included four airbags, electric heating of all seats, exterior mirrors, steering wheel, windshield washer nozzles, as well as 2-zone climate control, keyless entry, remote engine start, electric rear door and LED headlights. In the more expensive trim, this set was supplemented with two more airbags, light and rain sensors, wireless charging for smartphones, all-round cameras, panoramic glazing of the roof with a hatch, and electric adjustments of the front seats.
