Later, a version with the index 230T was added to the lineup, in which a 1.5-liter engine of the same family was used, developing 147 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque, which worked in a "pair" with a continuously variable transmission. In the vast majority of sold copies, the crossover had front-wheel drive and a rear suspension with a semi-dependent beam. The exception is the export version of the car, supplied to several countries, where the 1.6-liter engine is combined with a four-wheel drive system and a fully independent rear suspension.

Another important feature of the car was the interior design. It is designed in a minimalist style. Its central elements are visually combined displays of the instrument panel and multimedia system with a diagonal of 10.25 inches each, as well as front seats with integrated head restraints. The cabin is almost completely devoid of physical buttons, almost all of which are located to the left of the instrument panel, and the climate control unit is touch-sensitive.
