Moskvich 6 is released in autumn 2023. The car is a copy of the Chinese 5-door liftback JAC A5 Plus, which debuted in China in 2021, but is produced at a Russian plant.

According to its dimensions and concept, the car is close to the Moskvich 2141 of 1986, differing from it with an impressive wheelbase of 2770 mm for the C segment. The engine range is fully borrowed from the original JAC model. In the standard version, this is a turbocharged in-line 4-cylinder gasoline engine with a volume of 1.5 liters and distributed fuel injection, delivering up to 136 hp. This power unit is combined exclusively with a variator. An alternative to this "pairing" is a 4-cylinder engine of the same volume, but with a more powerful turbocharger and direct fuel injection, with a power of 174 hp and a torque of 280 Nm, working in "pair" with a 6-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches. Both versions have a front-wheel drive only.

Currently, the car is offered in three trim levels. In the "base" version, there are two airbags, artificial leather upholstery with heated front seats, a stability system, a vertically mounted 10.4-inch tablet, "cruise", parking sensors, a rearview camera, keyless access, an engine start button, and LED headlights. In the maximum configuration, this set is supplemented with a virtual instrument panel, side airbags, climate control, a panoramic roof, a set of electronic assistants, as well as 18-inch wheels.
