Kinglong Jinwei is a line of small-capacity commercial vans based on the fourth-generation Toyota HiAce, which was licensed and produced by the Chinese company Foton. The vehicle has been present in the brand's production lineup since 1995.

The vehicle was created based on the Toyota HiAce of the fourth generation with a standard wheelbase. In technical terms, the key innovation was the appearance of modernized engines, which retained their connection to Toyota power units, acquiring an electronic control system that allowed for a significant reduction in fuel consumption.
