Huanghai N2S has been in serial production since 2015. The vehicle is a mid-size pickup truck manufactured by the Chinese company SG Automotive.

Main Features

The vehicle was developed with an eye on similar pickup trucks offered in the European market. It largely replicates the exterior look of the Ford Ranger from the early 2010s, while having similar dimensions to this model. This feature favorably distinguishes the pickup from most of its "classmates", which are noticeably smaller. The wheelbase is 3405 mm, which allows for a spacious 4-door cabin and a large cargo compartment with a length of 1815 mm and a width of 1520 mm. The pickup is designed for operation with a high load, which is why it has a reinforced frame with significant stiffness indicators for bending and torsion. The engine range consists of two diesel engines. The base version is equipped with an Isuzu diesel "four" with 101 hp, and as an alternative, a Mitsubishi gasoline engine of the same layout with a volume of 2.4 liters and a power of 142 hp is offered. In the standard configuration, all power units work in "pair" with a mechanical gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The all-wheel drive system is available as an option, representing a classic "part-time".

In terms of equipment, the pickup offers much more than most models of the same class. Already in the base version, there are protective arches in the body, seat upholstery with artificial leather, air conditioning, an audio system with MP3 file playback function and satellite navigation, power steering, and electric mirrors. The improved configuration adds to this set a chrome-plated decor along the entire perimeter of the body, adjustment of the driver's seat in eight positions.
