The automotive brand Geometry was created by the Chinese company Geely in April 2019. The brand was used to promote a line of compact vehicles with electric powertrains. In March 2023, it was downgraded to a series model name.

Development History

By 2019, Geely had a need to expand its presence in the compact electric vehicle segment with affordable prices. In April of the same year, at the Beijing Auto Show, the brand's debut model was presented - the compact sedan Geometry A. In the "electric" line, it was located just below the Polestar 2, using the same platform, but offering less equipment. In June 2020, the second car of the brand was presented - the hatchback Geometry C. In February of the following year, models with a new generation electric motor, more energy-efficient, appeared in serial production. With a power of 203 liters. s., their range reached 600 kilometers. In November 2022, these cars began to be exported to Eastern European countries. The sales level turned out to be high enough for the brand to be reformatted into a series of compact "electric" entry-level cars offered by Geely under its own brand. Nevertheless, in the domestic market of China, the brand continued to exist as before. Moreover, Geely plans to present more than 10 new Geely models by 2025.

Model Range

The brand's product line is currently represented by seven models. These are compact electric vehicles with several body options - sedan, hatchback, crossover. Some exception is the Geometry Panda, which is a city subcompact with a corresponding range - from 120 to 200 kilometers, depending on the version. The rest of the brand's models have a much greater range - up to 600 km. Similarly, the dynamic characteristics differ. Some of the sedans in city traffic are faster than most of their classmates. The tires, which need to be replaced from time to time, should also differ accordingly. The tires offered in the "Mosavtoshina" store are characterized by high performance and durability.
