ZC Rubber develops partnership with Changan

ZC Rubber announced that it continues to expand the presence of its Chaoyang brand in the OEM sector and has become a tire supplier for the recently introduced Nevo E07 transformer car from Changan, which can be both a crossover and a pickup truck. In addition, Changan has also chosen Chaoyang tires for its more traditional crossovers: Deepal S05 and Changan CS75 Plus.

The Nevo E07 comes with Chaoyang Arisun 1 EV tires in size 255/55 R20, specially designed for hybrid and electric vehicles, and therefore featuring a number of characteristics, such as reduced rolling resistance, which increases the range. Additionally, the noise level has been reduced (including through the use of a sound-absorbing foam layer inside the tire), which is especially important for quiet electric vehicles, and the rubber compound has been improved to increase wear resistance.

For the Deepal S05, Chaoyang SU318a+ High-Terrain tires were chosen (in size 225/60 R18), designed primarily for use on asphalt, but capable of providing a certain level of traction on off-road and snow. Four wide grooves are responsible for quick drainage, and the design is optimized for both providing the necessary strength and improving ride comfort.

Finally, the Changan CS75 Plus is equipped with Chaoyang RP76+ tires, which can be classified as "touring" since they, according to the manufacturer, combine improved comfort, including acoustic comfort, with increased operational life. The RP76+ has a tread pattern with curved grooves and large shoulder blocks, designed to improve handling in any weather conditions, and for the CS75 Plus, the tires are supplied in size 225/55 R19.

"The supply of Chaoyang tires for three new best-selling models confirms not only the high quality of the products but also the fact that the company perfectly understands the needs of the market and customers," the company noted. "Chaoyang Tire has once again demonstrated its competitiveness and technological power, as well as its commitment to innovation and constant striving for perfection."
