ZC Rubber announced the release of new summer tires
ZC Rubber has announced the release of two new summer tire models for passenger cars: the touring Z7 and the sports Arisun 1 Sport-e, both of which will traditionally be offered under several of the company's brands, such as Chaoyang, Goodride, Trazano and Westlake.
The Z7 tire features an upgraded Silent Bolt Technology 2.0, which means that 24 special protrusions are placed in the drainage grooves, reducing noise and improving acoustic comfort in combination with a variable tread pitch. Additionally, the tread pattern with a Z-shaped central groove is designed for reliable contact with the road surface and even pressure distribution in the contact area, which increases traction and extends tire life. The developers have also increased the stiffness of the outer zone of the asymmetric pattern, improving handling in turns, while the reinforced carcass has made the tires more durable and resistant.
According to ZC Rubber, the new technologies have made the tires significantly better in terms of comfort, wear resistance, handling, and other aspects, and the novelty can work effectively in difficult conditions, increasing safety.
The new model replaces the SA37 tire, which was released in 2013, and, according to the manufacturer, has become well-known on the market due to its excellent operational characteristics and reliability (in European tests, the tires performed poorly, and the Tyre Reviews portal gave them a "Not Recommended" rating). ZC Rubber adds that the company has been a leader in the Chinese secondary market for passenger car tires for many years and "demonstrates stunning growth rates, as consumers value the quality of our products".

The second novelty, the Arisun 1 Sport-e, is designed for fans of sports driving and is created for use both on public roads and on racing tracks. The upper layer of the carcass is made using aramid fibers and features increased heat resistance and stiffness, which improves handling, while the design of the grooves in the outer and inner zones is developed, among other things, to increase stability.
The manufacturer also claims that the BPOT design technology ensures optimization of the contact patch as speed increases, stabilizing handling characteristics, and a higher proportion of silica dioxide was added to the rubber compound, improving traction. In addition, the uniform distribution of loads in the contact area with the road increases both grip and wear resistance, the variable tread pitch reduces noise, and the side wall design elements were given a "velvet effect" to make the tires look "more premium".
