Yokohama Tire released the Advan Neova AD09 tires

Yokohama Tire has updated its lineup of ultra-high-performance Advan tires with the release of the new Advan Neova AD09.

Described as a "track-to-street" tire, the AD09 features a new, improved tread pattern with large, continuous blocks. This allows more of the rubber compound to come into contact with the road surface, providing a higher level of grip. Additionally, the tire's chamfered grooves improve durability and provide effective performance throughout the tire's lifespan.

The tire manufacturer has also developed a new carcass design for the AD09, which boasts a high level of turn-up construction, resulting in the most rigid and robust carcass ever created by Yokohama. For precise steering response, the massive central rib ensures constant contact with the road. An optimized, high-silica compound also provides improved grip on wet roads during cornering and braking.

The tire is currently available in diameters ranging from 15 to 20 inches. The AD09 will replace the previous Advan Neova AD08R model.
