Yokohama Rubber to Acquire Trelleborg AB's Business

Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Trelleborg AB to acquire all outstanding shares of Trelleborg Wheel Systems Holding AB, a company that manufactures and sells off-road tires for agricultural and industrial equipment.

The value of TWS is 2 billion euros.
