Yokohama supplies tires for the new Toyota RAV4

Tires from Yokohama have been homologated for the updated version of the Toyota RAV4 crossover, one of the most popular cars in the world, which is offered exclusively with hybrid powertrains.

The Toyota RAV4 is equipped with Yokohama ADVAN V61 tires, which were created specifically for premium crossovers and SUVs and went on sale in Japan and the rest of the world, except for North America, in March 2025 as a new global model in the flagship ADVAN line of the Japanese brand. The tires have been approved for the top-of-the-line RAV4 Z and the Adventure model with improved off-road capabilities, and are supplied in sizes 235/65 R17 and 235/60 R18.

According to the manufacturer, the ADVAN V61 is designed to provide optimal handling and improve ride smoothness, acoustic comfort, and fuel efficiency. Previously, the tires were also included in the equipment of the Lexus RZ, GAC Trumpchi S7, and BYD Sealion DM-i.
