Yokohama supplies tires for the BMW iX3
The new BMW iX3 electric crossover, which went on sale in March 2026, comes equipped with Yokohama ADVAN Sport V107 tires, which are installed on the vehicle in sizes 255/40 R21 at the front and 275/40 R21 at the rear, according to the tire company's press service.
Yokohama ADVAN Sport V107 belongs to the UHP category and is part of the brand's flagship lineup. The tires for the iX3 were developed in collaboration with BMW and feature reduced rolling resistance, which the manufacturer claims has been significantly reduced due to special changes in the tread pattern and rubber compound. Additionally, the concave profile ensures even pressure distribution in the contact patch, improving the balance between driving characteristics on dry/wet asphalt and wear resistance. The tires have also received an A rating in the European labeling for both economy and wet grip.

The sidewalls of the tires feature a star symbol, indicating that they were designed for BMW, while the E+ marking indicates that the tires are optimized for use on electric vehicles and therefore have reduced noise, among other things.
Previously, the ADVAN Sport V107 had also been homologated for other BMW models, such as the 7-Series, M2, X7, and XM.
