Yokohama supplies Geolandar for the new AORC desert championship

Yokohama Tire Corporation (YTC) has strengthened its position in North American off-road racing by signing a supporting sponsorship agreement with the newly formed American Off-Road Championship (AORC), which kicks off in 2026. The AORC, which brings together iconic events such as the Mint 400 and the Best in the Desert series, will become the main arena for desert racing. Under the terms of the agreement, YTC will provide participants with Geolandar tires, specifically adapted for harsh conditions, including the M/T G003 and SD lines.

This partnership with the new flagship championship, which includes five rounds starting with January's Parker 400, is a direct step in implementing Yokohama's global YX2026 strategy, which focuses on strengthening premium brands through active participation in motorsports and providing relevant technical support.
