Yokohama-ATG has added a new diagonal tire, Alliance Agri Nova, to its range, designed for tractors of low and medium power, which provides high traction and improved comfort, as well as an extended lifespan, the tire company reports.

Compared to previous generation tires, the number of lugs has been increased, which, in combination with their polygonal shape, enhances the level of traction in the field and makes the ride smoother when driving on roads. Additionally, the mudguards and smooth contours of the voids between the blocks accelerate self-cleaning of the tread, and the square profile of the lugs, combined with the increased tread width, has increased the contact area, improving the even distribution of loads and thereby reducing soil compaction. For added convenience, size designations are placed on both the sidewalls and the tread blocks.

"At Alliance, we pay great attention to developing innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of our customers," said Deutiman Chattopadhyay, Technical Director of Y-ATG. "The release of Agri Nova confirms our commitment to offering tractor tires that are effective both in the field and on the road."

The Agri Nova range includes 60 sizes and 111 separate items, and it is planned to increase their number, making it one of the widest for the brand in the R-1 tread pattern tire market (standard for agricultural tires). The novelty is available in sizes with a rim diameter from 12 to 42 inches, and both chambered and chamberless options are offered. The company notes that such a wide range of the line is designed to simplify the choice of tires and ensure their suitability for operation on tractors of various types, and the Agri Nova also has a seven-year warranty, which is "the best in this segment".
