Wideway releases new off-road tires

Shandong Wideway Tire has added new Wideway Terrux RT tires to its range, which occupy a niche between All-Terrain and Mud-Terrain models, meaning they have a more aggressive design and improved off-road capability compared to traditional all-terrain tires, and surpass mud tires in terms of comfort, including acoustic comfort, when driving on paved surfaces. 

Terrux RT feature a tread pattern with large polygonal elements that increase traction on off-road terrain, and special protrusions between the blocks that repel mud and stones. In addition, the optimized tread pitch reduces noise levels, a special rubber compound improves resistance to cuts and tears, and additional blocks on the sidewalls reduce the likelihood of damage, and the developers have also reduced heat generation, further increasing the lifespan of the tires. 

The tires are available in 19 sizes with a rim diameter ranging from 15 to 20 inches.
