Vacu-Lug Updates Its Own Production
Currently, unique tire products from Vacu-Lug are produced on 12 assembly lines. However, the company plans to launch a couple more conveyors to increase the number of lines. This will enable the production of even more products, according to Vacu-Lug specialists.
We recall that the modernization of production capacities at the company began in 2012, when several manual processing lines were replaced with the first automated system. As a result, the enterprise's operational efficiency increased sharply, and the production process became more advanced.
If two more lines are added to the existing ones, this will bring additional benefits to the Vacu-LUG brand. The company will be able to save on electricity and increase productivity. Already now, the manufacturer plans to create a new model of 315/70 R22.5 tires.
For this purpose, a press for processing products was installed on one of the lines. So, despite the overall instability of the market, the company continues to develop and improve.
