In the USA, 14 Michelin tires are being recalled due to incomplete labeling

Italian importer Centropneus Srl is recalling 14 all-season passenger tires Michelin CrossClimate 2 in size 255/60 R18 made at the Olsztyn plant (Poland) from the US market, as they lack the DOT marking confirming that they were certified for sale by the US Department of Transportation. For this reason, the tires do not meet the standards adopted in the country.

A total of 640 tires with incomplete labeling were produced, but 626 units were withdrawn from sale by Dealer Tire LLC.

Centropneus and Dealer Tire emphasized that they have not received any complaints related to the tires. All tires that have already been sold will be replaced free of charge.
