In Russia, prices for non-premium passenger car tires have risen

The National Industrial Information Agency (NAPI) analyzed the average prices of new non-premium tires for passenger cars in the Russian market.

According to analysts, from August 2024 to August 2025, the cost of winter tires in this category increased by 3.9% to 9.3 thousand rubles, and summer tires by 3.4% to 10.2 thousand rubles. At the same time, over the month from July to August 2025, prices decreased by 2.6% and 0.3%, respectively.
