In Russia, premium-class winter tires have risen significantly in price

The National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI) analyzed the dynamics of average prices for new premium-class passenger tires and reported that over the year, from May 2024 to May 2025, the cost of summer tires in this segment was practically stable and increased by only 1.1%, while in the winter sector, the growth was 16.5%. 

According to NAPI's data, over the year, the average price of premium summer tires on the Russian market grew from 29.2 to 29.5 thousand rubles, while the cost of winter tires in this category increased from 24.6 to 28.7 thousand rubles.
