In Russia, non-premium tires have become cheaper

According to the data of the National Agency of Industrial Information (NAII), in April 2025, the average cost of non-premium passenger tires decreased on the Russian market. As reported by analysts, winter tires became 0.9% cheaper, and summer tires - 0.8%. 

Over the year, from April 2024 to April 2025, the prices of tires in both categories increased. The cost of winter tires over 12 months increased from 8.5 to 9.6 thousand rubles, and summer tires - from 9.9 to 10.4 thousand rubles.
