A new all-season tire Vredestein is being developed
Apollo Tyres has completed the development of the all-season UHP tire Vredestein Quatrac Pro 2, which will go on sale in the summer of 2026 and will feature a new construction, rubber compound, and tread pattern, which, according to the company, "will make it one of the best in its class".
The new Vredestein tires are designed, among other things, for hybrid and electric vehicles, and the manufacturer cites their low noise level and rolling resistance, as well as their reinforced construction, which allows for improved handling sensitivity and handling of increased loads when used on vehicles with increased mass.
"Quatrac Pro 2 is a revolutionary all-round product with high performance characteristics, suitable for owners of sports cars and supercars, as well as high-performance crossovers," say Apollo, adding that the novelty will be available in the most popular sizes.
The first all-season Vredestein tire was introduced back in the early 1990s, and the company notes that "the brand occupies a leading position in this segment, and many motorists prefer it when buying tires for year-round use".
The Vredestein all-season range includes tires for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, and also offers a special model for electric cars - Quatrac Pro EV.
