In NAPI they told about prices for premium-class tires

According to data from the CRPT (operator of the "Honest Sign" marking) in the first quarter of 2026, sales of summer passenger car tires on the Russian market increased by a third compared to the same period last year and amounted to 8.6 billion rubles, while the average price of one tire decreased by 7% to 6.4 thousand rubles.

This applies to all price classes, and the average rates are influenced by the popularity of cheap Chinese tires, while in the premium segment, the cost of summer tires is significantly higher and has hardly changed over the year. As reported by the NAPI, in March 2026, the average price of a premium summer tire on the domestic market decreased by 0.2% year-on-year to 30.4 thousand rubles, while winter tires rose in price by 4.2% to 28.4 thousand rubles, and all-season tires became cheaper by 2.3% to 21.7 thousand rubles.

Compared to February 2026, the cost of premium summer and all-season tires decreased by 0.7% and 0.4%, respectively, while the price of winter tires increased by 0.4%.
