TRS and LD Carbon sign a memorandum of understanding for the creation of a tire recycling plant

Korean company LD Carbon, which specializes in waste and raw material recycling, and Swiss company Tyre Recycling Solutions have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a plant in South Korea. The plant will recycle end-of-life tires into TyreXol rubber powders using TRS Water Pulse technology.

LD Carbon will use tires not recycled into TyreXol to produce pyrolysis oil and regenerated technical carbon, the quality of which has already passed certification tests by various global tire manufacturers for commercial use.
