Triangle will launch a new stud tyre

Triangle is preparing to launch a new studded winter tyre, Triangle Icelynx Pro, which will eventually replace the Icelynx TI501, released in 2020. This was announced by representatives of the Chinese tyre company during the The Tire Cologne 2026 exhibition. 

A new rubber compound has been developed for the Icelynx Pro, and the tyre stud design has also been modified to meet new European standards introduced to reduce road wear. Triangle emphasizes that the new product not only reduces impact on road surfaces, but also delivers improved performance on snow and ice. 

In Cologne, the company also presented a new all-season tyre, Triangle SeasonX II, developed jointly with Finland's Black Donuts. "When creating our new all-season tyres, we aimed to significantly approach the level of premium brands," stated Triangle. "For this reason, both the construction and the rubber compound have been refined, and the overall balance of performance characteristics has been improved. The market is becoming increasingly demanding, and we are confident that launching this model will be an important step forward for our brand." 

Another exhibit at the Trangle booth was the summer EffeXSUV tire for crossovers and SUVs, which 'after a long development period has finally been launched into serial production'.
