Trelleborg starts sales of new tractor tires
Trelleborg Tires has expanded its range of agricultural tires by introducing a new model, the TM900 ProgressiveTraction, specifically designed for high-power tractors and created to provide maximum traction in field conditions.
The main feature of the novelty is the use of the award-winning ProgressiveTraction technology, and the manufacturer notes that the stepped lugs improve stability, and in terms of traction, the tire surpasses similar products from competitors by 17%, which increases the efficiency of equipment use. Additionally, the wide base of the blocks reduces vibrations, improving ride smoothness and contributing to a reduction in fuel consumption, while the service life has been increased by 15% compared to tires from other brands, including during intense and prolonged operation during the working day.

Thanks to the innovative design of the lugs, the tires also differ in their ability to accelerate self-cleaning, which prevents the accumulation of dirt and increases traction in complex conditions during field work, and the angle and shape of the blocks have been optimized to improve stability and ride comfort when used both in the field and on roads.
"Trelleborg tires are designed to contribute to the development of the agricultural industry," said Alessio Bucci, director of product marketing at Trelleborg Tires. "As tractors become more powerful and farmers face serious challenges, it is very important that tires not only withstand high loads, but also increase work performance and protect the soil, improving its yield. The new TM900 ProgressiveTraction meets all these requirements thanks to maximum traction, reduced vibrations, long service life, and exceptional efficiency in any conditions."
The new tires will be released on the market in six sizes with a mounting diameter from 28 to 42 inches.
