"Titan-SM" produced its first ton of tire sealant

«Titan-SM» (part of the «Titan» Group), has produced the first ton of a new product - «Antiprokol» tire sealant, whose industrial production at the company's facilities in Nizhny Novgorod was launched in March 2026.

The new product, developed by «Titan-SM» technologists, is designed for rapid sealing of punctures without demounting the wheel and, as the company claims, allows for the elimination of damage with a diameter of up to 20 mm and prevents loss of pressure in the tire, including during operation in harsh conditions. The composition of the sealant was optimized with regard to the Russian climate to preserve its working properties at low temperatures, and potential consumers include corporate clients from the agricultural, metallurgical and mining industries.

«The «Antiprokol» tire sealant is a fully domestic development that has already shown high efficiency during tests,» noted Evgeny Nefeld, Deputy General Director of «Titan-SM». «The production of the first ton confirms the product's readiness for scaling and its demand. We are confident that our product will become a reliable alternative to imported solutions and will strengthen the industry's technological independence».
