Skoda Karoq is equipped with Nexen tires
Tires Nexen N’Fera Sport of the UHP class — the flagship summer model of the Korean brand — have passed the homologation process and will be installed on the Skoda Karoq, the tire manufacturer's press service reported.
Nexen N’Fera Sport were developed specifically for the European market and are produced at a plant in the Czech Republic, and at Nexen they emphasize that they "ideally suit the Karoq, as they guarantee drivers the opportunity to feel the full potential of the popular crossover thanks to improved handling and stability, including at high speeds".
The N’Fera Sport model has the largest number of homologations among all Nexen tires, and the company's partnership with Skoda began with supplies for the Fabia, after which the tires also equipped the Superb, Octavia, Kodiaq, and now the Karoq.

"We are very pleased that the N’Fera Sport has been homologated for the Skoda Karoq," said Edwin van der Stad, Vice President of Original Equipment at Nexen Europe. "As our flagship model, the N’Fera Sport is the most technologically advanced product in our lineup, designed to provide exceptional driving qualities and safety. The fact that it has received the largest number of homologations among our tires fully confirms the quality of the tires. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Skoda".
In 2025, the N'Fera Sport tires in size 225/40 R18 performed well in the ADAC summer tire test, receiving high ratings for safety, comfort, and environmental characteristics. In individual disciplines, the Nexen quickly stopped the car on dry and wet surfaces, and also effectively resisted aquaplaning.
The tires are installed on the Karoq in size 215/50 R18.
