Siemens will supply intelligent technologies to Continental's tire plants

Under the terms of the strategic supplier agreement, Siemens will supply automation and drive technologies to several of Continental's international tire plants. By implementing several intelligent technologies, the tire manufacturer aims to optimize its production capabilities.

The companies will also develop standards to increase the efficiency of production equipment at Continental's plants throughout the entire lifecycle.
