Metzeler Roadtec 02 tires are available in a new version

The company Metzeler has released motorcycle tires Metzeler Roadtec 02, which the manufacturer refers to as the Supersport-Touring category, in a new version, distinguished by the letter "M" in the name.

The Roadtec 02 M variant was presented in 120/70 ZR17 and 180/55 ZR17 sizes, and it is reported that thanks to the optimized tread pattern and tire design, they have become even more versatile, especially in terms of operation on heavy motorcycles.

Metzeler Roadtec 02 tires have an adaptive tread pattern, and at low speeds, the grooves remain open, which ensures, among other things, quick water drainage, and when driving sportily on dry asphalt, the channels are partially closed, which improves stability and handling sensitivity. In addition, when manufacturing tires, more than 43% of eco-friendly materials are used, i.e., recycled or biologically sourced materials, as confirmed by independent experts from the certification company Bureau Veritas.
