Kama tires at the ZimFestAmur

From February 28 to March 1, on the ice of the Amur River between Blagoveshchensk and Heihe, another International Russian-Chinese Winter Sports Festival ("Winter Fest Amur") was held, one of the key events of which was the performance of the legendary team "KAMAZ-master", whose traditional partner is Kama Tyres.

For an audience of several thousand spectators on both sides of the border, the pilots put on an ice show: five-time "Dakar" champion Eduard Nikolaev and young driver Almaz Akhmedov performed a pair drift program, and also, for the first time, a ramp was set up, from which a sports KAMAZ made a jump.

The truck was equipped with Kama Pro NU 405 tires with spikes, which were supposed to provide resistance to critical loads during jumps and shock impacts, reliable traction on ice during drift, and reliability in extreme temperature conditions.
