Tires from Serbian manufacturer Hubtrac will be supplied to the USA
In 2025, Hubtrac Tyres (a brand owned by the Chinese Linglong) intends to enter the American market through traditional and digital sales channels and supply local customers with truck tires manufactured at the recently opened plant in Zrenjanin (Serbia).
According to Hubtrac, the new production in Serbia will "ensure fast delivery of products and reduce transportation costs for tires to the United States, especially to the eastern and southern regions of the country", and the company also hopes that with its own plant in Europe, it will be able to "offer American consumers significant logistics cost savings, accelerate the development of new products, and help customers optimize their operational costs".
According to Ali Go, CEO of Hubtrac, "our company strives to offer innovative, high-quality tires worldwide, and the opening of the plant in Serbia strengthens our ability to quickly respond to changes in demand on the American market, while reducing costs through local production in Europe and providing competitive advantages to customers in the eastern and southern United States".
Hubtrac adds that the tires were developed with the requirements of the American market in mind and are characterized by environmental friendliness and fuel efficiency, thanks to which "buyers will be able to reduce their costs and carbon dioxide emissions in line with current trends in the tire industry".
The company also intends to cooperate with local distributors and service networks to deliver products as quickly as possible and provide customers with 24/7 technical support in major cities. "The idea is that such a service with the participation of local partners will further improve the position of the Hubtrac brand in the USA," the company says.
In addition to Serbia, Hubtrac tires are also manufactured at a plant in Thailand, and the range includes tires for trucks, agricultural and other specialized equipment. The Hubtrac brand was introduced in 2020, and mass production at the Zrenjanin plant was launched in 2024.
