Alliance tires chosen for Russian KOBLiK trailers

Russian manufacturer of elevator equipment, as well as specialized and universal trailer equipment, KOBLiK Group, chose Alliance 376 Multi-Star tires in size 900/60 R32 for its new bunker trailer, abandoning traditional solutions with 22.5 and 26.5-inch diameter tires in this segment, reports "Glavpahar".

According to Vladimir Saraykin, director of the "Komplektatsiya" project of "AgroPromShina" company, the official distributor of Alliance in Russia, "KOBLiK's choice confirms the global trend". "Even on the Russian market, manufacturers are moving away from "standard" solutions towards specialized ones. And this means that the demand for radial tires with large diameter and carrying capacity will only increase", he noted.

It is reported that potential suppliers had to fulfill the technical assignment for carrying capacity, and Alliance tires that participated in the tests were chosen due to their high carrying capacity. In addition, 900/60 R32 size tires have a larger diameter and width, which increases the contact patch and reduces pressure on the soil, thereby improving crop yields.

Radial tires Alliance 376 Multi-Star are suitable for use both on soft soils in the field and on asphalt, and their design is optimized to improve handling and reduce the likelihood of trailer sway. In the specified size, the tires can withstand up to 16,970 kg.

For KOBLiK trailers, 40 wheels with Alliance tires have already been supplied, and the company plans to produce up to 200 units of new model equipment per year.
