At the end of 2025, the consolidated sales of Hankook totaled 21 trillion won (14 billion dollars), and operating profit was 1.84 trillion won (1.3 billion dollars). The revenue of the tire business grew by 9.6% to 10.3 trillion won (7 billion dollars), exceeding the 10 trillion won mark for the first time. In the fourth quarter of 2025, sales were 2.75 trillion won (1.9 billion dollars), the highest quarterly figure in the company's history, and operating profit increased by 2.5% to 485 billion won (330 million dollars).

Hankook notes that the improvement in performance against the backdrop of increasing uncertainty in the global economy was made possible by stable demand for tires in both the secondary market and the primary equipment segment, as well as an increase in the share of large-diameter tires in the sales structure. Thus, in 2025, 47.8% of Hankook's total sales in the passenger and light truck segments came from tires with a diameter of 18 inches or more. In addition, 27% of revenue in this market came from tires for electric vehicles, meaning the company continues to increase sales of high-margin products.

Last year, Hankook also expanded its partnership with global automakers, signing new agreements with Porsche, BMW, Xiaomi, Lucid Motors, Cupra, and Kia. The company currently supplies tires for around 40 automotive brands and 300 vehicle models, which "confirms the company's technological capabilities and the competitive quality of its products".

In the electric vehicle tire segment, Hankook continues to expand supplies of tires from the industry's first specialized line for this type of vehicle, called iON, and the company adds that it has significantly improved its position in the secondary EV tire market in key regions of the world, including Europe, South Korea, North America, China, ASEAN countries, and the Middle East.
