Sailun and Toyota collaborate in racing

Sailun and the Chinese division of Toyota have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which all participants in the Toyota Gazoo Racing China GR86 Cup championship will use the Sailun PC01 racing tires, which "are expected to help drivers set even more records". This is the first time a Chinese tire brand has participated in competitions held by Toyota Gazoo Racing around the world. 

Prior to approval, the Sailun tires underwent several stages of testing, and the company notes that "thanks to their excellent characteristics, they received high ratings from both the series organizers and the drivers, which gave them a pass to the championship".

In Sailun, it is noted that they will carry out comprehensive cooperation with the Chinese division of Toyota, not only in motorsport, but also in other areas. 

The Toyota Gazoo Racing China GR86 Cup uses Toyota GR86 sports cars, and similar one-make series the Japanese company organizes in different countries around the world.

Sailun also supplies tires to other motorsport competitions, and the Sailun PC01 tires were approved for use in the TCR Asia championship last year.
